Hello, 
my whatsapp qr code in both platforms(desktop app and web) have a problem and i can't scan it with mobile

Hello, have a look at this article on how to scan a QR code and this article on how to generate a QR code.

One reason for your WhatsApp QR code not scanning is that your mobile or PC isn't connected to the Internet. 

Also, try wiping your camera to clear it of any dirt that could be preventing you reading the QR code.
