Account disabled can't review because of security check

Hello,

My account was suddenly disabled for violating community guidelines (I wasn't active and it wasn't me). I requested review, but then I am blocked at Security check by phone.

It asks me to put code received by phone but I do not have a phone number inserted, no box to insert code and no space to write phone number.
I don't have any option please how can I overcome security check and review my account?
PLEASE MY ACCOUNT WILL GET PERMENANTLY DELETED
