Hi sir

How to unlock my Facebook identity?I have done confirming my identity steps but it doesn't confirm my documents due to invalid I'd . I don't have any valid I'd that's why I just send my birth certificate as a proof . I hope that will help but it always rejected my choice I'd . What should I do to get a code for my accounts recovery? ..

You will find on this page the documents that Facebook accepts as proof of identity.

Make sure your document is clearly visible and that it is in a recommended format such as JPEG.
