Hello,

How to unlock my Facebook identity ? I have done confirming my identity steps but it doesn't confirm my documents due to invalid I'd . I don't have any valid I'd that's why I just send my birth certificate as a proof . I hope that will help but it always rejected my choice I'd . What should I do to get a code for my accounts recovery? ..

Hi,

Your birth certificate should be accepted by Facebook as a proof to confirm your identity. The list of IDs accepted by them is available on this page.

When submitting a copy of your proof of identity, make sure that it is in JPEG.
