Hello, I have in my archive an old story that was originally setted on "close friends".
Now I'd like to put this story in my story highlights, but in a public way, for everyone, without the restriction of "close friends"....
Is this possible?

I've got a short vid to go up on Insta and YouTube and I want to keep it 16:9 (landscape mode) if possible. I've read and read about this now being acceptable to do by just posting in the right format and ticking the 16:9 button during setup, and it will be available to view not only in portrait mode, but when tilting the phone to landscape it will fill the screen in 16:9 landscape mode. Sounds great but it doesn't work! I've uploaded a direct vid from an iPhone shot in 16:9, and I've  also uploaded a vid resized in Premiere Pro to 1.91:1 from a PC, and neither of these will display (after uploaded) in landscape mode on an iPhone or an Android! Hello, I upload my Reels with the correct ratio, data and battery saver off, high quality video selected and a very strong internet connection. ​​​​​ They upload with perfect quality then after a month or less turn blurry??
