Hi,
Block the senders and report their emails as spam.
It is preferable to avoid clicking on the "Unsubscribe" button provided in such email, as it may confirm that your account exists, then you may get a large number of unwanted spam in your inbox.

Are you receiving them on your mail? Just unsubscribe or block the mail that have been sending you repeatedly.

They come repeatedly from a slightly different "address" each time, blocking will do nothing to stop them.

If blocking the addresses doesn't help, try creating rules to filter those emails. For example, if they often contain "gift card" in the subject, you can add a rule to block all emails that contain this expression.
