I can't remove payment method from Instagram

Hello,

I can't remove a payment method from my Instagram app that I added to boost a post. When I go to promotion payment methods, it just tries to connect to a facebook account, but I was not connected to FB account. If I go to boost a new post, my card is still saved.

It is a shared account, and I really need to remove it .

Hi,

I suggest you to check the Facebook Ads Manager. Even if your Instagram account is not directly linked to your Facebook account, you may have to possibility to manage your payment methods there.

Otherwise, send a request to Instagram via this dedicated contact form to report that you can't update or remove your payment methods.
