An extension with the name Ulinkstop keeps returning

Hello,
this extension returns regardless of what i do .. it is located in my program data and every time i delete it ... it comes back after i restart the laptop ... and i am assuming its a hacker because some of my accounts have been changed and i am trying to recover pls help

AdwCleaner should help you to remove the extension that attacks your browser.

Run also a scan with Malwarebytes to identify and remove from your computer any other malicious programs that may still be there.
