Stuck in XP boot menu. Help!!!

Hello,

I have an E machine desktop with XP. When I start up it shows the e machine logo then goes directly to the menu that displays options for safe mode; safe mode, with networking, with command prompt, Last known good configuration, start normally. All options have the same result, it restarts all over again. The three safe mode options do run through some type of operation as some lines of script fly by, but in the end just restarts.

Cutting the power does nothing. There isn't much more I know I can do. Any help would be great.
