Hi,
Sharing your idea to the game industry is almost impossible. Most of the publishers have a dedicated team who are constantly working on developing new games and outside suggestions are not accepted.
That's said, if you are a game developer that want to share their project, some publishers are open to discover new game concepts. To name a few, there are Team17 or LionStudios.
If you are not a developer and if know someone who has good coding skills, and is interested in game development, you can tell them about your idea.
