Robbed At Gunpoint of Phone & Wallet

Hello,

I was robbed of my phone and wallet at gunpoint. The thief changed my gmail password and recovery options, and then used the account to do the same to all my bank passwords, Venmo, PayPal, Amazon, eBay, etc. I have been working with those companies to regain access, but the thief is still continually using my gmail to apply for loans, trying to re-crack accounts, etc. 

Regaining my gmail is the only way to stop the bleeding, and they are 1000% uncooperative. Is there anything I can do? My account name is my name, is there any way I can fly out to a Google office and present my ID? I'm so desperate, I would do it.
