Facebook unlock enter birthday option missing

It depends on the reason why the accounts have been locked and what Facebook needs to unlock them. If for your first account, you simply need to confirm your date of birth, for the second, Facebook needs other information. Confirming your age doesn't automatically apply to all accounts.
