Hi,
It depends on the reason why the accounts have been locked and what Facebook needs to unlock them. If for your first account, you simply need to confirm your date of birth, for the second, Facebook needs other information. Confirming your age doesn't automatically apply to all accounts.
That's said, it is important to inform you that it is against Facebook's rules to own more than one personal account. If you want to manage an account for your business, your animal, etc. you have to create a page.
