Random Xbox update and keyboard issue after the update

I got a random 600mb update for Terraria on my Series X and I can't find anything about it online, and for context, I play on Xbox with a keyboard and mouse, and since I updated it, my keyboard has either become completely unresponsive or has sent me running in one direction even when I'm not pressing anything. The keyboard is OK, and I've double-checked that I can still use it for anything else on Xbox; it simply glitches on Terraria till I switch it on and off a few times. I despise using a controller, so please let me know if you have an alternative.
