I do not see disappearing photos / videos in instagram web

Hello,

I have a problem that I don't think anyone else has ever had.  Until two months ago everything was fine, I always used instagram web (client for mac, for windows or even just www.instagram.com from safari, chrome and any other browser) and I had no problem. At some point on my main account ONLY and EXCLUSIVELY from instagram web I can't see the disappearing photos and videos. I don't see them, they don't exist, they don't appear in the chat. This DOES NOT happen on instagram web using OTHER ACCOUNTS. So it is something related JUST to my profile. I have asked anyone and obviously instagram support doesn't exist so I am hopeless.
