Reinstated Instagram Account Can’t Load Anything

So, my account got suspended about a week ago, but was reinstated through an official request to Instagram. The account is visible from other accounts and can be interacted with, but when I log into it (yes, I can log into it), nothing loads.

I’m met with a repeating‘couldn’t refresh feed’ message as well as an ominous ‘challenge_required’ message. When I try to enter my settings, it says:

‘An unexpected error occured.

You are receiving this error because something went wrong loading this screen. Tap the refresh icon below to try again.’

The refresh icon, of course, doesn’t work. Instagrams help centre is no use and I have absolutely no way of contacting Instagram as per usual.

How do I get my account to function again?
