Hi,
If your mp3 player won't charge, it could be due a dead battery. But before, please check the charger and port and make sure they're not damaged.
You can try charging one last time your mp3 player for 2 hours. Then, press and hold the Power button for a minute and see if it turns on now.
If your mp3 player still won't turn on, take it to a repair shop.
