My Facebook Account Disabled

Hello, my Facebook account was disabled. It says I have 180 days to appeal. How do I appeal to Facebook?

Hi,

Log in to your Facebook account and when you see the "account disabled" message, you'll get a button to appeal the decision (bottom of the message).
