Hello there,
You will first check which graphic card will be compatible with your motherboard if it's AGP or PCI -Express. Most new computers have PCI-Express slots!
To upgrade the graphic card you will just have to purchase a better one.. i will advise you
ATI or Geforce models!
Just go to your store and ask for the best graphic card they have!
You will have to place it in the PCI-Express slot and start your computer and you will need to install the driver from the driver CD given to you
