Hello,
I bought Kasperskey Internet security in Sri Lanka and my licence validity remaims until next March. I had to farmat my HD owing to a technical problem. Once I started re-installing the software it says error 1335, databases are corrupt. Now it is not possible to proceed with it.
Please say what should I do.

Hello,

This is because you are trying to install it from a CD, and the CD is may be damaged or the files cannot be copied!

I will advise you to use another antivirus,

You can try free antivirus which are really powerful

try AVG antivirus and antispyware
