Hello,
My computer was running fine till last day. Last evening the technicians have installed internet, and after that also it worked fine. Then a message came to update the explorer. After doing that, and computer restarted (probably) as soon as i log in, the system automatically turn-off and restart and after 1 minute of rebooting again it restart.
Please can anybody help me to solve this problem?
Regards,
Ash

Dear Sir,
This is because your computer is infected,
When you got internet access i think that you didn't update your antivirus and update windows system.
I will advise you to restore your computer to the date when it was working fine,
Then install antivirus, i will suggest you using AVG:
https://www.avg.com/fr-fr/free-antivirus-download
Install it then connect to internet, upate it and scan the whole system!
To do system restore:
Press Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools ----> System Restore
Open it and then select a date when you we not infected then
press next Let the process to be done
Restart your machine normally
This will solve the problem
Thanks

Hello Ash
Bootup in safe mode and then
start>>run>>type msconfig>>startup>> click all disable all
Restart>>boot up normally
Do a complete virus check with latest antivirus programs
Do a check on the internet about the programs in startup and remove the infected file
