Hello,
any body can help me on by how many types and how many ways i can restrict limited users in my own system

User restrictions
Phpmyadmin access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' - Guide

Hello,

You will have to create a new user account, and set it to limited!

You can also use software like PC CHAPERONE to limit user access to internet and programs
