PLEASE HELP ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello,Hi there i am so in need of someones help ok this is what happened i put my little disk thing from my camera them viewed them on my computer then was told to delete so they were in the RECYCLE BIN then i clicked restore on all of them thinkin that they were goin back on my documents or what so ever .......... WELL THATS MY STORY AND YEAH HAVE LOST THEM BECAUSE I DO HAV NOT HAVE NO CLUE WHERE THEY ARE OR WERE TEMPORARILY PLACED
