Firewall blocked msn messenger

Hello, anyone pls help? i cant login msn messenger. always got the msg saying Firewall maybe blocking msn messnger. So where is this firewall thing?

What about using https://webuzz.im/ , a web IM to access MSN or other messenger like gtalk, y!messenger
