Hi,
Download and try this tool, MSNFix, on this link http://sosvirus.changelog.fr/MSNFix.zip
Decompress it, and place the files in C: \ MSNFix (very important).
Double click on the file MSNFix.bat.
-- Run the option A.
-- If the infection is detected, a message will indicate this and it will be enough to press a button to start the cleanup.
Note:
- If an error of suppression is detected a message appears asking to restart the computer in order to complete the transactions. In this case it is sufficient to restart the computer in normal mode;
Finally in your next message, copy / paste the report which will appear at the end of the manipulation.
