What is this folder

Hello,
I had to do a pc recovery on my computer as I had a virus which I could not remove
The recovery went well except when I went into my storage drive(D) there was a folder in there that I didn't know what it was I tried to delete the folder and it states cannot delete access denied
the name on the folder is

Does any one know how I can get rid of this unwanted folder and why is the folder there
I am running on widows xp home edition and am using the trial version of norton 360 for internet security and I use internet explorer 8
