I think there is no Way to install Win Xp within 15 min... u can Do one thing just install Ur Win XP then From Third party Software "GHOST" Take Image Of Ur Windows Then Apply Ur Image It will Install Or it will Renew Ur windows within 1 or 2 or 3 min...
