Hello,
im sharan..i'm having IBM laptop...recently its disk drive had got damaged.Now i want to re-instal my win xp 
to my laptop .So is there any way to install win xp through my pen drive......plz send the procedure how to install 
it....(In steps).....

You will need a 4gb pen drive to install windows XP!
