Nokia maps

Hello,
i am having problems with my nokia maps software on the n96. maps is working but the voice navigation isnt. when i choose to update purchase options it says i cant. trying by downloading to nokia pc suite but unsure if i can upload to phone via bluetooth. anyone help with any of these problems. ta

If the application is already installed on your phone, then for update purposes you can perform them directly from the phone, if you have a wireless router at your place , just turn on the W-LAN on your N96 and have the necessary items downloaded.
