Hello,
I've had this mouse along with a wireless keyboard for about 2 years. Both use the same receiver. The keyboard works perfectly but occasionlly the signal strength for the mouse drops to a very low level. I've removed all RF devices from around the unit to no avail. The battery strength is fine. I tried reinstalling the driver but that doesn't seem to make a difference.

Hello,

I just think that the receiver is faulty, and may be damaged!

You must be careful, not to accidentally drop it

I just think that you will have to purchase for another one

Thanks

If that's the case then I would think there would be a problem with the Keyboard also, since it transmits to the same receiver.
