I currently have all the requirements filled in to play Oblivion on my PC, except that I failed on the video card test. Should I be able to play this game even though I failed on a couple of parts based on my video card?

hi what i would advise you is reduce your screen resolution and run the game but if that persist please go in the games option and reduce the shade effect but i'm not sure if it will work if not this because of your graphic card.
