Computer Doesnt On

Hello,

I've had my desktop computer for about one year now. This afternoon, I usually started my PC. However, it no longer turn on and boot up. The power button usually lights up, but now it does not.A light blink on the motherboard when I tried to on the power button. I can see an error message "Self Diagnostics.........check the signal cable.......No signal" on the screen. The power supply fan doesn't run, the other fan runs too.
I have made sure everything is plugged in, and tried plugging it into different outlets. The keyboard doesn't turn on and neither does the mouse. Please help me out from this. Is this problem with my SMPS or anything else.

Dear sir,

1. well what i can understand is that you don't have anything on your screen,
try to remove the graphic card and clean it and place it exactly like it was before
then reboot your pc.

2. replace you power supply with another with same voltage.
