Hi Kelvin,
I recently had problems with a Thermal Ribbon printing it onto a special material and no matter what I did I couldn't get it to work. Anyway after searching around I came across these guys: www.iidsolutions.net or I think they also have www.iidsolutions.co.uk and they supplied me with the correct ribbon that prints perfect on the material I have. They supply Labels as well and I've just got a quote off them for the material too and they were nearly half the price - and I'm made up with the results on the ribbons so I'm just about to buy the labels too.
I'd try them. Hope this helps!
