Logical drive is deleted

Hello,
I am using a fujitsu siemens ESPRIMO mobile laptop. I deleted my logical drive to increase the space on the primary drive. After I restarted my laptop it gives me the blue screen error - device error. It cannot even go to the safe mode or the safe mode prompt for me to do a checkdsk. Any help?

My only suggestion for you is to put the Operating System cd into the cd drive and restart, then proceed to wiping the hard drive and re applying the OS
