Mozilla wont open comcast and msn emails

Hello, Got a new HP laptop using a 3 year old Netgear router.
Have a older laptop with XP w/ AVG and Mozilla works for my email accounts and almost everything.

The New HP with Vista does not allow Mozilla to open msn and comcast emails. Could it be I need a new wireless router?
Paid twice to see if it was Kaspersky blocking my email accounts.
Don't understand why Mozilla works on the older computer but not on the new one?
Before I allowed the GEEKS at Best Buy to hand over the new computer I checked Mozilla on their router and I was able to open my emails there?

Do I need a new Router?

do you mean when you go to the site comcast.com and access the email?

if i am understanding what your saying correctly, then you shouldnt need a new router, it sounds like a compatibility issue with the browser try reinstalling the browser or going up to tools > update and if none of this works try using a different web browser like internet explorer or google chrome
