Of course you can it is a very simple process follow below step
1 : cLICK On Start
2 :Click on control Panel
3: Click on User's account
4: You will have the choice between 3 options
Change an account
Create a new account
Click on existing account then
You are able to customize by name and password of your choice.
If you the the administrator of the system make sure don't forget to keep in mind yr pw.
