Hello,
i lose my password i do not know but i think that some time i open it in a network when i arrived to my home i tried to open it i get shocked when i know that i can not open it when i tried to open the face book that depend in this email i cant open it too for that please can i know how to get back my email it is nessecary to know whats the new password cause all my friends and i have many important thihgs in it for my work and i aplease you to help me please and thank you .

you need to click on the forgot you password link and then follow the instructions.

you will be asked some questions and answering them correctly may give you back the password.
