Problem with my flash drive

Hello, I have problem with my flash drive. When I open it, it request me to format it. I check the property, and I saw that the free space is 0 and total space is 0 also. How can I fix it without lost my data in the flash?

Hello there,

I will advise you to try connecting it on another computer,

If it opens there, save all your data to the computer,

Then plug it back to yours and format it

Then copy all your data back
