Hello,
i had nokia 5300 and had big problem..:
1.i can't set up my theame
2.now when i switch on my phone it will dislay.."contact service"

I will advise you to update the phone firmware,

to do this you will have to Use Nokia Pc suite,

Download nokia phone updater

https://www.nokia.com/phones/fr_fr/support/

Remember that you should plug your phone to your computer and have the internet connection
