Hello i've got a toshiba and i got up to the bit where it says
choose a recovery tool
Startup repair
system restore
windows complete PC restore
Windows memory diagnostic tool
command prompt
toshiba hdd recovery


which one do i click on and i have the recovery disk next to me ready to be put in

please help

Hi Katie


If you are having the following options it is because you system files has been damage and you windows is booting though the recovery mode.


If tou have important files and your computer just select option to repair windows


Otherwise insert your recovery cd and follow the wizard it will recovery your system to original settings.
