Hello,
example when i am on the internet and close out the program and try to open another icon from my desktop none of my icons will open until i restart the computer.

Dear Sir,

All you will have to do when this occurs,

You just have to Press CTRL + ALT + DEL at the same time,

A window will appear, click on File, Select New Task, Then type:

explorer.exe
