Hello,
my sound card is not working my computer is dell cpu 1.60hghz can send sound card plzzzz...

You will have to download the driver from the dell support website,

Please check it here:

support.dell.com/support/downloads/index.aspx

Select your dell laptop model and then choose the driver you want to download
