This is Pansy and I tried what you said to do ,but I either did it wrong for it didn't work. The Personel Virus did not delete. thank you.Pansy Lineberger

Yes sadly it is not always very easy to remove PAV.. if this method hasn't worked then I would recommend visiting www.fixedlikemagic.com and having them connect and fix it up for you. it will save you a lot of time and effort, and probbaly money in the long run
