Cant install Itunes

Hello, i have windows xp and i went on the apple website said save on the download. so now i have a icon saying Itunes setup so i click on the iconand it comes up with an error message saying: i need a better windows installation service Help

Hello there,

this means your Windows system isn't up to date,

you will have to install updates ( Service Pack 2 )
