Hi again
A lot of threads, particularly in the viruses section are different people with the same virus/problem. If there was some way of marking these as duplicates so that the originator and other people were directed to answers that had already been tried, perhaps even to answers that totally solved the problem then i think work-flow would significantly improve and it could greatly reduce the need for duplicated effort in solving these problems.
Again, thanks and regards from
Tom :)

You can make a search with:
the exolead searchbox (on the right top) : http://www.cijoint.fr/cj200908/cijc83feGX.png
or the search link (also on the right top) : http://www.cijoint.fr/cj200908/cijujgN1op.png

But concerning the threads about viruses, trojans, malwares, rogues and so one, it is really here that it is important that each member post his own thread because often there are many infections in the same time not just one so each case is different.

Hi,
We prefer that each member create his own thread because often the problems are not exactly the same and it allows a best following of the problem.
Best regards

That's good where there are differences but many questions are so nearly identical and the variations so irrelevant to the answer that work-flow suffers.

For example this new thread just freshly posted
https://ccm.net/forum/affich-135909-trojan

Would it have helped him/her if they had known there are at least 4 separate threads that already answer and possibly solve this issue? or shall we wait to see if some finds the uniquely different answer for this case that would not have been found in the other threads about his same issue?
