Hi again,
I couldn't find a "Solved Answers" database. So it was difficult to see how to approach a good answer. Again i think this is a work-flow issue or perhaps just a sign-posting issue. I did find an faq's section but this seemed tricky to point people to in an answer - except perhaps by posting the url as a reply

When i've posted questions in here i've not seen a list of similar questions nor similar faqs. the only reason i would go out of my way to look through the Solved Answers were if i made the assumption that someone else must have had exactly the same problem. This is not a prevalent attitude in western cultures at this time.
