GUys! I found the problem. i have a HP pavilion dv1000 windows XP I think the cause could have been many things. I solve the issue by using a different baterry charger/adpator. I have 2 exact notebooks, so i tend to switch their chargers, maybe taht was the problem, also i was in south america, where the voltage is diff 220v. I believe the charger with the problem was ruined during my trip? Who knows. But it work for me. The other sugestions here didnt work
