Hello,
i have my 5220 express music problem when i open the message from the menu the phone hangs up. i did erase all the inbox ant sent items using the pc suite. can any body help me? thnks...

hi there,

reset the mobile to

factory settings

it will require security password

by default its 12345

unless you changed it
