My widows vista faild to start

Hello,
I had "Mcafee" antivirus for my widows vista laptop when it faild to update i delited it and installed licenced F-Secure antivirus . on restarting a message "widows recoverd from unexpected shutdown" appear on the screen and shutsdown. the message continuous even after deleting the new antivirus. how can i repair it
