Damage memory stick

Hello everyone, can anybody help me regarding my damage memory stick it has important files that i need to recover, my memory stick doesn't work in any computer only a message appears that says insert disk. i think it has physical damage, is there a way to fix it? please guys i need your help, i really need my files badly.

No, you can't repair it, by the way what do you want to mean with memory stick ? You meant pendrive or something like that ?

No if its a physical damage you cant recover your files
