Help I can't use anything except Intenet!

Because of malware, I can't get access to anything except the Internet. I can't even use Task Manager to stop the malware. The malware is the Advanced Virus Remover. I know its a malware because, I'm running McAfee and I don't have that many viruses. Can anyone help?
